Action for Children – Star in Every Child

The Project

We rebranded Action for Children's image with the concept of 'A Star in Every Child' to complement the charity's existing logo. We created a 30-second TV commercial featuring a star of light projected onto children at the moment the charity helps them while also handling media delivery and photography. The theme became a centrepiece of the charity's branding, including an extensive OOH campaign, and was featured in all internal messaging.

Challenge

Our core challenge was to deliver a broadcast-quality campaign and maximise our budget to its full potential. We knew that we wanted to utilise the 'Star in Every Child' tagline in a way that could be visualised, so we had custom lighting inserts created that incorporated the star element of the Action for Children logo.

Insight + Strategy

We're incredibly proud of the final look of this film, especially as the commercial's production values vastly outweigh the available budget. The visual 'star' concept became more significant than intended for this project alone and emerged as a concept in marketing materials across Action for Children's outreach.
