Berkeley – MyHome Plus

The Project

This animation for Berkeley Homes presented an opportunity to mix UI elements with character design. The video needed to have a unique style while staying true to the established brand voice of Berkely. The animation was translated and used worldwide to promote Berkeley's digital 'MyHome Plus' products.

Insight + Strategy

Initially, we planned this project to be a live-action film, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we shifted to an animated video. The result was arguably stronger than it could have been as a live-action film, allowing for a more artistic interpretation of the MyHome Plus process.
